Take a sewing class with Sew DIY

Hi sew-friends! I’m working on developing some new sewing classes (online and in-person) and I’d love to know what you’re interested in. (Definitely keep reading if you live in Denver!!!) My approach to sewing is that it should be a fun and joyful experience. I design my patterns and tutorials to be easy and frustration-free because I believe that when we are practicing our hobbies, we should be having fun. And it’s an extra awesome bonus when we also get a garment that we can wear often and enjoy wearing.

So, if you'd like to learn more about sewing with me, I have a short survey where you can tell me what you're interested in and sign up to be notified about future classes and events. I love traveling so it’s totally possible that even if you don’t live in LA, that I might pop into your home town or state. The survey does ask about your location so if you’re interested, and I’m near you, then I’ll let you know about classes. Or, if you’re just interested in online courses, I can let you know about those too.

ALSO!!! If you live in the Denver area, I will be teaching two classes at Fancy Tiger Crafts the weekend of October 12-13, 2019. On Saturday, Oct 12, I’ll be teaching how to sew my Lou Box Top pattern in woven fabric and on Sunday, Oct 13, I’ll be teaching my Lela Skirt pattern. You can register for the classes on the Fancy Tiger website.

P.S. If you want to learn a little more about my teaching style, check out my YouTube videos via this link or the links below.
